PIM 292

Ivermectin (PIM 292) [local mirror]

This is a detailed, scholarly, peer reviewed writeup of Ivermectin, written by Wayne A. Temple and Nerida A. Smith of New Zealand's National Toxicology Group. It concentrates on Ivermectin used in treating humans, but includes large amounts of animal data. Copious references are provided.

In some places, this document describes doses in units of "ðg". I suspect that this notation means "micrograms" (10-6 grams). When I quote this, I convert the units to milligrams (mg, 10-3 grams).
